TOS added Volume Profile into its platform

Nice feature added in ThinkOrSwim platform. Although I don’t use TOS anymore for trading futures (using Infinity right now), I still use it’s software from time to time.

Medium term trend

Short inventory created since 1140′s are still opened, so medium term trend, in MY OPINION, is still down. This could reverse this week if this inventory is cleaned out.

FED announcement and Market Delta

One of the amazing features of Market Delta software is the footprint indicator. Right at the FED announcement, we could see the HUGE sell orders coming into the market.

E-Mini S&P 500 Futures: Key levels for February 19, 2010

Big support at 1093.75 tested during overnight session. Keep an eye on it. Resistance at 1104 and 1105. If 1093.75 doesn’t hold, look at 1091 (LVN) and 1087.50 (HVN).

Session overview – 02/16/2010

Strong trend day showed by Gutmann’s time pivot levels being taken early in the session.

NEVER FADE TREND DAYS LIKE THIS ONE, unless you are scalping.

You better buy dips in days like this. It’s hard for some day traders (including me) not to fade big moves like this, but it’s extremely healthy for your account. :)

Expecting ES to reject the low volume region highlightened on the chart. Resistance at 100.75, 102.75 and 104.50. Immediate support at 1093.75.
